Volvo Penta 2000 series

Volvo penta 2002 diesel engine.

Fully stripped down and overhauled (check photos). Engine was taken in part ex for new suffering from smoking and was caused by glazed bores. The following work was carried out:

Head removed, valves re-seated and new valve guide seals fitted

New bearings throughout

Pistons removed, new rings fitted and cylinder bores re-honed

Replaced head gasket

Brand new exhaust injection bend

New crank seal

New thermostat

Full service with all new parts on completion.
